CONDITIONS

 

Conditions of reservation :

The reservation is accepted on receipt of 25 % of the total amount-payable by cheque,
traveller's cheque or money order to account Credit Agricole, La Tremblade number
FR76 11706310325000157400164 code Bank AGRIFRPP817. We will confirm the
dates of your stay by return of the post .The balance of the payment is to be given 6 weeks
before your arrival.
If it is not the case the booking will be cancellid .

Cancellation :

In case of concellation we will retain :
- cancellation more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the holidays : 25 % of the coast of the holidays .
- cancellation less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the holidays : the total coast of the holidays .
- no refunds will be made if you leave before the end of your holidays .

Optional cancellation insurance :
15 € per week ( minimum charge 15 € ) to be paid on booking . This option garantees
the reimbursement of the sum total paid ( excluding the cancellation insurance fees ) in
case of illness or serious accident, the death of a member of your party before the
beginning of the holidays and on receipt of a doctor's certificate within 3 days.

Charges :

- include : rental charge, water, gaz, electricity, parking for one car, people, price per .
The nomber of people in each unit must not exeed the number of beds
available, but, with the agreement of the management, one or two additional members
of the same family may be allowed to stay on each pitch . In this case, supplement any
charges will be made on a daily basis .

- exclude : booking fees : 21 € . Final cleaning (done by the customers or a additional
charge ), cancellation insurance ( optional ), tennis, laundry .In the event of closure of the
swinning pool for raisons outside the controle of the management no refunds will be given .

Please note :

a returnable deposit of 240 € caution money material 60 € caution money housework
will be payable on arrival .This is to cover any breakages or domage to the accomodation
and fittings during your stay, if you quot to do the final cleaning it is expected that your
accomodation will be cleaned to the satisfaction of the management . Failure to comply
with this, requirement will lead to a deduction being made as per the stated charges ( 60 € ) .
In the event of departure outside office hours your deposit a part thereof will be returned by post .
